HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped  within 3 - 5 business days. Pre-order items are shipped within 7 - 14 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Orders should reach their destination within 1 day of being shipped. If you become concerned about your order, please send an email after a reasonable amount of time has passed and your order will be will traced for you. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class® Parcel Service Delivery. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

We currently ship to the Continental U.S. only. We offer a flat rate of $10 USPS First-Class® Parcel Service Delivery and handling for all orders $74.99 or less. For a minimum order of $75 after all discounts are applied, we offer complementary USPS First-Class® Parcel Service Delivery​. You will receive an email informing you that your order has shipped which will include your tracking number. Please note that once your package leaves our facility it is no longer under our control, and we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your order.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • Bare Radiance Gift Cards

  • Cash App - $BareRadiance

        Only to be used with prior approval for events, consultations, and donations. Please contact us before you send any payment through Cash App.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

There are three  ways to obtain a Bare Radiance credit.

  1. Purchasing an online giftcard through our shop page.

  2. Sending payment (through Cash App after obtaining approval) and receiving your personal coupon code. Ex: A $25 off coupon code will look like this: YOURNAME25OFF

  3. Having a physical gift certificate mailed to you.  This gift certificate can be used for vendor events only. Please contact us to inquire about physical gift certificates.

Please be sure to spot test all products. If you are not sure which products will best meet your needs, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We can  make recommendations based on customer feedback and our own experiences. We make no claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund minus our shipping charge within 7 days from the date of purchase for products that have not been open, used, or tampered with. Products are only accepted in their original packaging. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice along with the return.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured United States Postal Service. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Return labels are not offered. Please allow up to 10 - 14 business days for your return to be processed from the time it is received. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment of which was used to make the purchase. You will receive a copy of your refund via email once it is issued. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. In order to initiate return, email us. A customer service representative will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your item(s) back. 

Damages & Shortages:

If your package was damaged in transit, you must notify within 2 business days so a claim can be made with the carrier. Do not discard any damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and its contents. Notify by email.
